Is Busy Bees open on early dismissal days?

Yes, we operate our program on early dismissal days at no additional charge to you.


Which enrichment programs are available at my school?

Busy Bees has a variety of enrichment options. Please check with your site director for a list of available options at your child's school.


Are enrichment programs billed weekly?

No. Busy Bees charges a monthly fee for enrichment programs. In some cases enrichment is charged by the semester.


What happens if enrichment is cancelled due to an emergency?

Busy Bees will make every effort to re-schedule missed classes. In the event we are unable to do so, a discount may be offered.


What happens if child misses an enrichment class due to personal reasons?

Busy Bees offers make up classes for days that the program is not offered because of unforeseen circumstances. However, if your child misses a class on the day the class was offered, you will not be issued a credit.


Does Busy Bees offer part-time or drop-in rates?

No. Due to limited space in our program, we offer full-time care.


Do I get a discount for days school is out due to holidays or teacher in-service days?

Busy Bees does not discount short weeks, other than Thanksgiving, because we offer our program on early dismissal days at no additional charge.


Will I get a refund if the school is closed due to weather?

In the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made at our corporate office about possible discounts.


Do I get a discount if I take my child out of the program for personal reasons?

Busy Bees does not discount for weeks your child misses the program for personal reasons. Because we generally have a wait list, your weekly tuition holds your spot in our program. In some cases, we may discount your tuition based on a family emergency or illness. These decisions are made on a case by case basis and must be cleared through your site director.


Can I pay my tuition with cash or a check?

No. For safety reasons, Busy Bees does not allow cash or checks to be used for tuition. You can set up your account using a credit card or your bank account information and payments will be taken out automatically.


How do I get my statement for my FSA reimbursement?

You can access your account statement at any time by visiting your My ProCare site. If you do not have an account, you may email our accounting department at billing@busybeesas.com


Is Busy Bees available during school breaks?

Certain schools allow us to run break camps during winter, spring and summer breaks. Check with your site director to see if they are available at your location.


What is the process for withdrawing my child?

As outlined in our parent handbook, we require a 2-week notice for withdrawal from our program. Exceptions are on a case by case basis and must be approved.
